Guangdong Uniasia Beauty & Cosmetics Museum
Guangdong Uniasia Beauty & Cosmetics Museum holds the distinction of being China's first museum dedicated to the history of cosmetics. It is recognized as a National Third-Tier Museum and a National AAA-Level Tourist Attraction. The museum also serves as a popular science education base in Guangdong Province, a patriotic education base in Guangzhou, and is listed among the city's first 100 trending check-in spots.

Established on December 18, 2007, the museum aims to preserve and promote the rich legacy of Chinese beauty and cosmetics, ensuring this vibrant aspect of cultural heritage is both safeguarded and appreciated.

On September 27, 2012, the museum opened in its current location within the second-phase building of the Uniasia Science and Technology Industrial Park. Its core exhibition, themed on the history of Chinese beauty and cosmetics, vividly portrays the evolution of cosmetology throughout Chinese civilization.

The museum displays over a thousand artifacts and images from various dynasties and historical periods, supported by precise, accessible, and distinctive textual content. The visual impact is enhanced by thoughtfully designed settings and color schemes. Scenes, artworks, and films strengthen the narrative, while multimedia elements such as animations and interactive displays encourage visitor engagement.

The museum is organized into six sections: an introduction to Chinese make-up history, makeup of different dynasties, hair styles of different dynasties, cosmetics and tools of different dynasties, cosmetics and make-up in New China, and make-up of ethnic minorities. It serves not only as an engaging cultural destination for the general public, but also as an invaluable resource for industry professionals.
